Great tips! Some of these are already widely observed by many but still very helpful. If you make it a habit to follow these steps, you will lose weight without having to spend too much on supplements and diet pills.

I definitely agree with you mikaela. For starters, make sure that you drink plenty of water everyday, stay away from bad carbs, lower your fat intake, and exercise regularly. You will notice an improvement for sure. Once you finally get all these, try the other tips and you'll be very fit

Great tips indeed fred. Thank you for sharing it with us. Pretty straight forward tips and very effective. Cutting down on fats and increasing my dietary fiber worked a lot for me. I also switched from bad carbs to good cabs and it helped me lose 30 lbs. It wasn't easy though but other can surely achieve that too.

Even better sasa . Aiming for a healthier lifestyle will not only help us attain the body we want but also help us avoid diseases that could destroy our body so dieting should be considered as a sacrifice because you are wanting to live a healthy life.

Default 10 Tips For Faster Weight Loss
Here are weight loss tips,

1) Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day - this helps flush your body of impurities and fat. You can also substitute a few glasses of water for green or herbal tea.
2) Break up your meals into 5 or 6 smaller ones - this will help speed up your metabolism and keep you from getting too hungry in between meals.

If you take it as daily routine it is not that hard to follow. It's very effective and natural not just to loss
weight but also to burn fats in our belly. There are some simple stomach exercise but helpful to burn
fats.

Discipline is still the key to a healthier lifestyle.

@Maggie: I agree that discipline is the key. However, I believe that you also need to be very dedicated, consistent, and really want to be healthy to be successful on your weight loss.

@Oram: Why do you think these tips could be harmful for the health and dangerous?
