I assume you are referring to a Physio ball ,
My best advice is to consult a trainer or Physical Therapist to SHOW you some good exercises as you will benefit better by the in person intruction. The Physio Ball offers an unlimited amount of ways to challenge your body strengthen your core structure and improve your over all stability and fucntional strength. Refetr to the chart that comes with your ball. or I suggest going to a book store an dlooking at a Exercise ball Book. I suggest anything by Paul Chek |

are you referring to a medicine ball or a exercise ball? if an exercise ball, you can do sit ups by leaning against it at an angle, which at the same angle, you can add weights and do arms/chest/triceps, you can flip onto your tummy and do push ups, you can lie on your side and do leg lifts, etc. Check out this website http://www.bindependent.com/hompg/bi/bindep/store/aisles/exercise/balls/exerciseballuse.htm

Lay on your back, hold the gym ball with the area right above your ankles, and lift your legs forward into the air then slowly back down with out resting or touching the floor...
This is the only one I know other than for your tummy, but those are pretty basic... I think! ![]() |
