Nuts and yoghurt is good. But if you want to have some nuts with chocolate, try a dark chocolate with hazelnuts. It have a high flavanoid. You can also have a non-fat snack bar

Nuts and dried fruit

To the person below:Nuts contain healthy fats which are vital for a healthy diet.
Like peanuts, ie. Planters Dry roasted?
or some other kind...give examples please and size.

I notice the calorie count is high on nuts.

TY,
Kid

Default Working overnight, healthy food/drink to bring?
I'm working overnight the next few days, I don't want to overdo it with bad foods to snack on, because I plan on getting my caffeine from soda >( But after these overnights its all water and juice.

What snacks would be good for me to bring? I'm running to walmart before work

just a note on nuts, they contain LOTS or fat, if u eat about a handful or so of nuts each day, u gain alot of weight...
so its healthier to eat about a handful a week

I personally like crackers (like wheat thins), granola bars (nature valley), and sometimes Nabisco (I think they may them) 100 calorie packs.

This is the same case for me. I'm always on the graveyard shift and am very fond caffeine. I have to make up with my diet. I do get to work out every now and then, it's the diet I have to trudge with. I recently signed up for the Christopher Guerrero program. I hope it works.

If I need to work all night, I bring almonds for snack and oatmeal cookies. It can satisfy your craving without hurting your belly . These snacks are also rich in fiber so they fill you up fast and it takes a long time to burn out so fills you longer too. You can concentrate on doing what you are doing without interruption
