Default Keep it slim
I was on diet on the last three month. I lost 15 k"g of my initial weight. It was hard. But now what? How do i keep my weight low. I all ready up one Kg. My diet was: taking diet supplements and eat less.[B] But it getting harder each day.
I do not want to go back there.
Help!!??

I know that feeling because I have been that before too. Try eating 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones. Eat a small serving of your regular healthy meal every 3 hours. That will help speed up your metabolism. Exercising regularly for 30 - 45 minutes everyday will help you lose weight. It maybe slow than what you expect but you have a bigger chance of keeping it. Yoyo dieting is not good for the body and we all should stop doing that. A slow but sure diet is the best way to do it.

I try to eat 5 - 6 small meals everyday but sometimes when I get busy I forget and then eat whenever I have time. And most of the time I eat when I am hungry and I find myself eating one regular meal once a day. The rest of the day I just eat crackers or bread. I know it's bad and I do need to change it soon. Guess I need to better manage my time and try to eat on time and not skip any meal!

I agree with you, if you eat food 5 times with small quantity instead of 3 meals a day then your metabolism becomes more, and it is good for the digestive point of view.
