Vitamins such as Vitamin B1, B2, B6, C and E are also found in appreciable amounts. The carotene content of Goji Berry is higher than carrot which provides it good antioxidant property. Apart from this goji berry contains polysaccharides, monosaccharide and unsaturated fatty acids including essential fatty acids such as Linoleum acid which promotes fat loss. I agree, this is an amazing fruit. If we can find a locally grown goji berry I think that will be cheaper. I could not believe how rich this fruit is in health benefits. As an alternative to fight free radicals, I'll just go with dark chocolates, black raspberries, and blueberries. These are also very effective and healthy but they are affordable and practical too
