I used to be pretty active on here around 2003-04. Best I can tell, this post from 2008 is the last time I was here. Ring a bell anyone?

Hey Blue! I'm doing well, but let's just say I need to be on here more than ever. I've been back on low carb for a month now (lost 18 pounds), and have been thinking about all the support I got here a few years ago.

I hope you are doing great. I need to snoop around and see what everyone is up (err down) to.
