Meal Calories Fat Carbs Protein breakfast protein shake 222 0.2g 1.0g 54.0g snack:bacon and eggs 195 10.5g 0.0g 21.5g lunch ![]() snack:bacon eggs 195 10.5g 0.0g 21.5g dinner:chicken&bacon salad494 24.4g 10.5g 61.3g TOTAL 1345 45.9g 16.4g 213.1g 31% 5% 64% just curious what all you other atkins people think how this looks and if i am doing ok on induction thanks for any advice ps i am 41 6ft 252lbs and i am built like a football player so when i go to bmi site i just laugh as i am big boned and they say i should weigh 175 or something |
