Default 10 minutes workout at home is as good as 2 hours spent at the gym
3 years ago I bought a pair of dumbbells (9lbs weight each) and a workout bench costing $100. I do workout just 10 minutes each day, 4 days a week. I also consume a glass of EAS Mass Factor protein supplement from GNC after each workout. I probably look fitter than someone who spends 2 hours at the gym.
My workout routine is as follows:
Dumbbells biceps curl - 30 repetitions (3 minutes)
Dumbbells shoulder - 25 repetitions (3 minutes)
Dumbbells Chest - 35 repetitions (3 minutes)
Crunches - 10 (1 minute)
Those who say they have no time to exercise, thats lame excuse

Only problem here is that by not increasing the weight your are not growing new muscle fibres which means that strength gain is not going to be fast.

Also anyone who knows anything would not spend 2 hours at the gym working out as cortisol production starts after about 1 hour.

That said good for you working out at home, is only more people did this then the obesity problems would not be so big.

What works for a person won't work for everyone.

In any good forum if the threads just keep coming in then its a good sign but if it ends up in a ban then its just to bad. Its not the end of the world though.
