How do you count net carbs? What can you minus to get the net carb total.....

Subtract fiber from total carbs. Some items subtract sugar alcohols too but people are suggesting that sugar alcohols should not be subtracted.

Or at least not one-to-one on the sugar alcohols. Half might be a more reasonable route to subtract. I just avoid them to avoid the whole issue. LOL
