For the Atkins dieters in the UK. Aldi are doing All Day Breakfasts. 2 in a box with egg, bacon etc. And Only 4 carbs each. Very filling and a great change.

Yes, they are great. And Sainsburys got a chicken Saag Massala curry. That is great too. And if you half it you can get 2 curries at only 4g carb a meal. These things are keeping me going as I was getting bored with the usual stuff. Still losing too.
