hi friends ,I am 32 years old man. my weight is 90 kg. it doesn’t looks good if somebody pointed to me about my weight so i decided to loose my weight. i planned to do exercise daily for 8 hours so i can reduce my weight. so guys suggest me am i doing right? can i reduce my weight in some days?

hi buddy, weight is not a something which can be easily gain or reduce. it will take more time to reduce your weight rather than increase. reducing weight is a long and hard process which takes time.you decided to do exercise, it’s good . but the excess of everything is bad for health either it’s food or exercise.

hi friend, don’t ever think about it to do exercise 8 hours in a day. it really hurts your body very badly. and if you are the first timer then i suggest you start it slowly otherwise your body paining so much.from the first day when you start to do exercise not doing it more than half an hour and when your body habitual for that then you can do it according to your body.
