We also included exercise.. last month. I'd prefer to include adding variety to the diet, this month. I don't learn about the remainder of you, but I'm tired and getting quite sick of salad with cooked chicken. LOL Therefore, along with publishing your current weigh-ins on the MMMICC, let's post something exciting and new variety will be added by that to the foods. Suggestions... A brand new vegetable. A brand new mixture of ingredients, some thing unexpected. A brand new spruce. A brand new formula. PLEASE be sure when you yourself have that information to include carbohydrate count. If you should be in OWL, Pre-Maintenance or Maintenance make sure to say so... your recommendation may possibly not be right for someone in Induction. They say selection may be the spice of life... well, I want some spruce. LOL Tril
