Hello All Very first time poster, newby. I'm in my own 1st stage of the Atkins Diet. I remarkable effects and have am 8 times in. Today I lost my get a handle on and under great pressure ate what I estimate at 50-60 carbohydrates. I havnt as I'm still eager to correct the problem and maintain consuming less then 20g of carbohydrates slipped off the Dietary Plan. But I'm concerns at what this meal might have caused. Will this significantly mess up my diet, will I be removed by it from ketosis? Could some one please explain the effects of my slide?
