Here's what i eat per day Dinner Calories Fat Carbohydrates Protein Break fast protein move 222 0.2g 1.0g 54.0g snack:bacon and eggs 195 10.5g 0.0g 21.5g lunchroteain shake/veggies239 0.3g 4.9g 54.8g snack:bacon eggs 195 10.5g 0.0g 21.5g dinner:chicken&bacon salad494 24.4g 10.5g 61.3g COMPLETE 1345 45.9g 16.4g 213.1g 3-1/2 five full minutes 64-bit just curious what whatever you other atkins people feel how this appears and basically am doing ok on induction thanks for any guidance ps I'm 41 6ft 252lbs and I'm built such as for instance a basketball player then when i visit bmi site i only laugh as I'm large boned and they say i must consider 175 or anything
