So I was not a very active person before we got Lemmy AT ALL. I have always been on the slim side, but I will honestly say that I was one of the "skinny fat" out there......slim but totally out of shape. Well having a dog like Lemmy has FORCED me to become more active. He is a nightmare in the house if he does not get exercise. I have been walking about a mile each day with him, and then he plays fetch for about 30 mins. Well over the course of the summer walking a mile a day, I have lost about 10 lbs. I put some of that down to being more concious about my diet too, though. I have had high blood pressure since I was 22 and I am finding that's a little easier to manage too. So yeah, wanna get in better shape? Get a pit bull.
