Awesome!

I wonder if the dog really can tell the difference between the different types of soda, or is simply retreiving them based on the order of their placement in the fridge?

Any ideas?

I would say the placement in the fridge + the dog seems to be taking the closest one first.

I need to teach my dogs how to do this...that way when I hear "Baby get me a soda?" right after I sit down after coming from the kitchen, I can make the dog do it. lol
