I want to get a video of this, as soon as the stormy weather clears I will. We live on 8 acres with a small pond, and occasionally take our twelve foot john boat out. It has no motor, just oars. My step son was out paddling around, and threw the rope that we used to tie the boat with out into the water. Georgia loves to retrieve sticks, logs, and anything that makes a splash in the water. So in a flash she swam out, grabbed the rope, and proceeded to haul the entire thing, kid included, to the bank. She wasn't content just to bring it close to the shore, she got a good grip on the rope and brought it all the way onto the bank. Needless to say, she loved it so much that we did this until we felt that she was too tuckered out to continue.

I guess since she is an excellent swimmer this is good exercise? Now she gets all excited when the boat goes out, but she won't go after it until she sees the rope hit the water. She also enjoys riding in the boat lol.

My girl loves to chase things too that splash in the water. She never brings anything back though. She just paddles out to where the splash is then comes back with nothing.
