The Joplin Mo humane society and the ASPCA are hosting a huge adoption event tomorrow and Sunday since they are so full from the tornado. All of the animals, 600 plus, are FREE and it includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and micro-chipping. They say that they have all under gone an evaluation but I don't get how they could properly evaluate so many animals thoroughly. I know that Joplin has a high number of pit bulls and I am just worried that so many people will see FREE, adopt, and end up with a da dog or worse
