Sometimes people will throw this crap at you to get an honest answer. You're more likely to say Pit Bull Terrier if they fiegn stupidity. Rather that come right out and ask which might make you go on defense and just say mutt. BSL territory technique.

Flatbedder, what does it matter? Your dog is a mutt. We've established this time and time again. He's a bully mix. Just leave it at that and stop "worrying" yourself with what other people say he is. Just nod your head and say, "well i'm not sure what exactly he is, he's a rescue" or something and leave it at that.

I quit trying to guess what my dog was a long time ago. It will drive you crazy and unless you saw the parents you will never know. My response usually depends on who is asking. Sometimes I say Terrier mix other times I say mutt.
The fact is my dog is a mutt and nothing will ever change that fact. I am proud of my mutt and she is my best friend and that is all that matters, ---------- Post added at 11:45 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:34 AM ---------- Do teacup Poodles still exist? |
