Well.. found out why they didn't accept brindle piebald-- it's two patterns, and there can only be one pattern. So i'm thinking Brindle and white will be what they decide on. I'm leaving it up to them! thanks for the help, guys!

DEFINITELY a mahogany or red brindle, not fawn or black brindle.

Can you add "cute" to her color type? Cause she totally is

White and brindle or brindle and white. No need to list color of the brindle, unless the nose is blue or red.

So.. home from today's show.. and let me tell you.. it was a mad house! They didn't run it at all like her first show in NJ.. non-licensed puppy was at the end of each show, and they put all 15-18 puppies in the same ring, of all breeds. FREAKING NUTS. No best of breed.. just best in show. So I don't know how Indie stacked up, really, because both judges passed her over.. as there was only reserve or best. and that was it. :/ Probably going to do Dock Dogs tomorrow.. haven't been to a practice in a while, and Zephyr needs it before the competition at the end of Nov. So.. just wanted to update ya'll!

And, I did meet a few members of another forum, which was pretty neat! thanks for the luck, bluestark!

Default ok.. stupid question about color
SO sorry to TP again about Indie.. but I just got a letter in the mail from UKC that the color on her app was wrong. Breeder listed her as Brindle Piebald. Apparently that's not a valid color. I looked on APBT Network's color chart, and per that chart, she'd be red brindle and white. I'm not too sure about that one, though. Here's two pics of the little punk:

The lighter color is more of a fawn than red.. I'm not an expert on brindles.. so I'm lost.

I would say White with Brindle patches.

You can always call the UKC and ask how they would list the color. Each registry is different in how they want a dog listed as far as color. Each registry has their own standards as far as listing colors.

Brindle & White, you do not need to be specific on their registration.

Usually they want the dominant color listed first. Like my UKC dog is blue and white. He has more blue than white.
