My boyfriend and I were discussing this today, since its been raining pretty decently here in our area the past few days and we even had TERRIBLE storm about 3 days ago (involved a few funnel clouds and some severe lightning) and the fact that our area (Virginia Beach) is prone to hurricanes and whatnot.

What do you guys do during severe storms, tornados, hurricanes, etc when puppy needs to go potty? =(
