Default Whats wrong with him
My dog has one brown eye and one blue Eye. When I took my dog to the vet for parvo. They asked me if he was blind I said no. And that was the end of it. Is it possible for me to test his sight? I attached a picture. If there is a better way to post a pic let me know.

I would think your vet should be able to test/tell... hmm
Put a patch on one eye and see if it runs in to anything, or just cover the one and see if he follows stuff w/the other; like a treat or something!

He might just have two different color eyes. My lab/husky mix, Cuddles, has one brown eye and one blue eye, and she isn't blind in her either eye.

I don't think anything is wrong with him. Titus has two different color eyes, and he's no worse for wear.

Blue eyes or bi-colored eyes aren't common in pit bulls, but they happen. If he acts fine, then I probably wouldn't worry about it. If you are really curious just get him tested. A lot of clubs hold CERF testing at their events and the test is only like $20.

Tell your dog to Sit and Stay. Then put one of your hands on one eye. With the eye that is not covered. Get a piece of meat or something that attracts your dog and move it left to right and see if it follows it etc.

Then change eyes by covering the eye that was uncovered. you know what im saying? I'd say thats a nice blind test that you can do....

Try to poke him in the suspect eye with your finger and see if he blinks.

Sorry, but I'm getting a mental image of this poor dog thinking "Hey, what the crap are you doing to me?" with the meat and the eye poking... and of course, The 3 Stooges comes to mind too!

Probably best to use a lure that doesn't smell tasty, or he'll follow it with his nose.
