It's a Urinal system intregrated into city sidewalks that pop up during certain times during the day and night for people to piss in, then they go back down after the time's up.

i dont think we need it as much bc our guys arent as likely to piss in public.

i dont think that would be feasable in america, it would cost too much to build them into the ground. i say just continue giving fines to people, or just arrest them for public indecency.

I think it's crap that we should find a way to make it easier for guys to pee in public. Girls go way more often than guys!
