Koch Brothers Plaster Eviction Notices on Citizen's Homes

This is kinda like the fake PPA violation tickets that get plastered by people who run for Traffic Court in Philly.

Although in this case, the Koch brothers paid to have eviction notices plastered on people's homes, which stirred up a panic.
