SEAL Team 6 isn’t going down without a fight. The Navy is challenging Disney’s attempt to trademark the name of the elite squad responsible for taking out the world’s most wanted terrorist. First bin Laden now Mickey?! Get 'em. I think it's ridiculous that Disney feels they should have trademark over SEAL Team 6. I would think the Navy should get that trademark. I wouldn't think you could trademark a military unit - even ones that don't necessarily exist. |

Well, let's be fair, Disney is a business, saw an opportunity to capitalize on a name, and "Hey look, no official trademark exists!" It probably will go the way of the compromise in the end as they probably can mutually co-exist without one really infringing on the other, but we'll wait and see. |

I wonder who the voice actors will be? Ryan Seacrest as the dolphin. Maybe Steven Seagal playing "Steven Seagull" as their air cover. |
