The Palestinian Authority (PA) and Israel are holding economic talks despite frozen peace negotiations in a bid to relieve the PA's deepening debt crisis. With the PA so financially restrained any reconcilliation with Hamas will allow Israel to tighten the purse strings even further accellerating their eventual ruin.
