that isn't going to change in five years either. look at what difficulties the eurozone is in plus russia and the US isn't going to good either. it'll be more than 5 years for a turnaround.
You don't really know that...just supposition.
Interesting link also...But we all know, you can get as many links pointing out the present unfavourable political and economical situations for large projects, and I can find just as many far more optimistic links that urge these projects to go ahead.
Like the example I gave earlier up there somewhere, How many "learned" people were decrying the Snowy Mountains project when it was proposed, and probably continued decrying it until it was completed.

Any large project will always face the usual pessimistic "it can't be done" approach.

The project is imaginative, innovative and challenging. Just what we need to get our minds on furthering human exploration of the solar system.

It's only ever been worthwhile projects and discoveries like this that has seen shifts in humanity's outlook and destiny.
It's all 199% going to happen eventually, so why not make a start now.
