For some time now I have been having strange feelings at night where as one part of my body starts to shake and my heart beat goes off the scale as if it were beating 200 times per second. the shacking starts to consume the body having me shake all over...Its a relaxing feeling but also an unstable one.
your energy is shifting and it is happening very fast and it is causing the shaking. partly because you are not grounded to this earth. you need to get some grounding techniques it will help you not shake so bad. it is the kundalaini energy rising and rising to fast and too strong.

While my body shakes uncontrolably I close my eyes and the darkness has a wall I can see.
this sounds like the void that i see.... stay calm and just focus to the center of this void..it should eventually break open like a door and let you pass. you need to breathe calmly and steadily....slow shallow breaths is best at this point.
The darkness gets brighter then darker till it begins to flash and a million pictures fly as if it isnt my thoughts

at all and then I get some control and I can see a world treez mountain tops and clear water that looks soo real but then,
still glimpses of past present and future wrinkles in time as you travel while you sleep...spirit is allowing you glimpses of this or they would block you from seeing it .

The shaking starts build up to my head and my fingers...My head feels like its going to explode and my hands feel like they are on fire,

kundalin energy courseing through your body your heart chakra may have a blockage..hand chakras are extensions fo the heart chakras..... blockages not releasing energy instead causing the hands to burn instead

a cramping between my two eyes feel like someone is pressing it in.
third eye is opening causing the pressure or one of your upper forehead chakras ..there are actually three of them...use your thumb and massage the forehead...will help with this

At times I can calm the feeling but some part of me calls it back as if it needs it..
your human self is panicking

.each time it starts it gets worse and longer till I almost loose all control to calm it....It scares me.
as with the above response your fear is cauing part of this shaking as you dont understand what is happening to you. just breathe.....always remeber you can not be hurt by this.......try to relax and ride it out....i used to get so dizzy and nauses that i felt as if i was passing out ...woul pull my self out of it cause i could not stand the sick feeling ....once again it is worse because you are not grounded.....
I get the energy to move my arm but then it sling shots back to the place it was be4..
you are trying to move your arm and cant maintain it because your body actually is in a paralytical state ......

I even heard a voice call my name 3 times so far..

While having this feeling it seems that soo much is possible which I cannot explain.
very much is possibel but you must learn to calm down get grounded first. i think your chakras are also out of balance as well...this is causing some fo the shaking as they are not spinning smoothly but warbling.....need to balance your chakras as well

I wonder to myself sometimes if I should stop calming this feeling and
let it rip...but what if I die in the process?
you can not die during this time unless you have a very bad heart and scare the shit out of yourself...... surround yourself in white light and protection before you begin...and call your guides to you to assist you and ...are you using incenses ro candles or gemstones as well during this time?????????

! Doctors cant really explain it...Im in good condition...Im young, cute and smart with a good life.
What is this feeling? Can I die from this? Should I see whats on the other end?

you will only see what will be allowed for you to see. it is up to you if you choose to see farther. first you must understand and gain control of what is being shown to you now....... then more doors will be opened. you also must show how you are going to use these gifts. if you abuse them they can be removed and the doors reshut to you...




it started 2 years ago. over the time I was able to start the state and end it when I choose. it takes some time to start where as a tingling feeling starts from the feet then works its way up sometimes it starts from the back or the chest.

The shaking begins and runs its way up ur body slowly to the spot the 3d eye then it starts to build up. if you calm the state to start agian in the same session it comes back more aggressive which is the state it was building up to begin with. Finally it hits ur brain and rushs thru the finger tips the body is not actually shaking but that is the feeling. In this state you feel that you have limitless power but you cannot control it.
you are not grounded enough
Everything seems possible no matter what it is. If you close your eyes the black starts to flash and you can create anything. Sometimes in this state I have been told I went into the astrial world because my vision had a white halo over it and anything I did in my room went back to normal.
If I end the state Im in usally I let it last for about 10min each time because it starts to get too crazy.

Once ending the session It becomes very very easy to focus on things also I feel that another door is opened to possiblitys because I just came out of a state that felt like I couldnt be stoped and I could do anything kinda like a dream yet the shaking that increased into some pain shown how real it is.

I have cleared up the facts of this being some sorta sickness with many doctors. Im pretty much healthy. Plus I can start and end this state now so it doesnt really haunt me unless I call upon it.(I dont take drugs, no pills no anything. I work and make a good living also Im writing a book so take it in :P)
are you really having problems with thsi astral travel/ lucid dreaming/ energy surges or are you just lookign for chapters for your book??????
Also: If you need me to get back into this state to test any theorys to follow up on an answer please let me know, I'd be more then happy to help out.now i am confused....are you askign for help or are you teaching how to do this????? my red flags are starting to fly hmmmmmmmmm

Yeh its scary but really cool when your in the middle of it. just more and more things you start to notice while in the state.
beware of your ego or you may invite into this state some ugliness you can't shake off and may not know how to handle
Remeber you feel like anything is possible no questions or doubt all of it has been erased for some unknown reason. hope this helps
