Now that Talldrink set me and everybody else straight, let's get off this conjecture over what this person did to get deported and how he may or may not leave the DR. That is not what she is asking about.

She is looking for specific information on Dominican enclaves in Canada and Spain, for example Washington Heights in NYC as opposed to just a vague reference to the city itself.
