In terms of presentation it sounds good! For my portfolio reviews when I applied for schools, they did like seeing sketchbooks and works in progress. My one comment would be to narrow it down to your strongest work. Just because you can do everything, doesn't mean you need to show them you can do everything, as it can be a detriment if some of the work is weaker than others. I also feel like 35 pictures is going to be a lot for them to look at, and they may not want to go through everything. Maybe try and cut it down to 15-20 pieces? Editing is hard, I have horrible problems editing my own work, but it is worth it in the end.
