I would think 15 yards plus another 15 yards for a mugging would be pretty severe, and would keep them honest as well. PI is very subjective, that's why I don't like it being a spot foul, it is call that gets screwed up either not called or should have been called.

then we'll see WRs start flopping when there's the littlest bump trying to get the extra 15 yards as well.... do we really want to turn it into the NBA?
