You mean, because nothing actually happened.

Except for the extreme drama of rolling around the ground in agony.

I never understood how they could act so injured like someone ripped out their testicles with an ice pick, and then trot back on the field 15 seconds later as if that drama never occurred.

I'd at least fake limp around for a while, to at least try to act like I was really injured. I don't think I could just stand right up and start running admitting I just put on the worst act of all time.
