They dont have to suspend him if he is guilty, he will be in prison for at least a season anyway. If he is found not guilty, then they cant suspend him.

If hes found guilty he will do alot more then a year....

Vick is done in the NFL imo.

When you get a fed indictment and get sentenced they don't let you off for good behavior
