I hope you guys didn't take offense. In my house with my dogs I know how I want things to be. So I enforce the rule from day 1. They'll live. They get treats etc but in a bowl.

With that being said I have a lot of family and friends who don't mind it. And when I go there it doesn't bother me at all. Its their house, not mine. Just like they respect the no scraps rule here

It annoys the shit out of me when dogs beg. I hate it. My dogs aren't allowed in the kitchen for that reason. But I'm just saying, I've never had a begging problem due to giving scraps.
