I fight tendinitis in the left elbow. I've had a tough bout the past two months. In fact, at the DFW THP event I could barely swing the club. I've taken the past three weeks off and it feels much better, in fact I have very little discomfort except for the mornings. Here's what I do:
3 visits to the chiropractor where he spends about 20 minutes working his magic. Then his therapist spends about 20 minutes doing a deep muscle massage.
2 Alleve, twice per day.
One of those Ace bandages wrapped around the arm, just below the elbow. I also use this to hold a bag of ice in place for about one per night.
It all seems to work but it is a PIA. I wasn't a fan of chiropractors before this last bout, but the Doc I found really does work wonders. I'll be hitting the course this upcoming weekend, will let you know how it goes.
