Oh I know who Brian is. And the only way he's going to get ROY is if he's the only one in the running, a la 2010's Kevin Conway.

Only other new names I see are Andy Lally, Steve Wallace and Trevor Bayne.

Seems like Wallace and Bayne cannot accumulate points in the Sprint Cup.
