I think some torrents are ok, like stuff that is very hard to find or just isn't sold (i.e. I downloaded Duke Nukem 3D and that just isn't sold anymore, plus the company went under). TPB has been given a court order to shut down so uhhh... I think they should shut down. They just keep changing countries and servers.

To be honest I'd be scared to use tpb.
