Craezie: I definitely agree. Robin's approach is so simple and makes so much sense! Her principals are so easy to follow and stick to... for life. I mean, 'only eat when you are truly hungry and only eat enough to comfortably take that hunger away!'. Wow, can't get any simpler than that!
