Pounds and Inches isn't perfect either, that is why most people who start hCG do a lot of research and websearches before they start.

It's very very old, and leptin wasn't even a thought before the 90s. We're just now discovering so much we never knew. Def read WLA! and Let's hope more research is done SOON.
