I use Sam e as I have bouts of Epstein Barr. It works wonders when your body needs it. I use Doctors Best brand and have used Natures Made in the past. I lost 29 lbs on my first 50 day round. As for 5 htp it can depend on the brand. I use Doctors Best as well. Drs Nutrition is great as well.
