Sounds like a great idea for a thread Eugene. I use to be quite active, playing all sorts of sports, soccer, netball basketball etc. But yes as I stopped those I started piling on the weight. My only real plans thus far are to do high energy pilates/kinect workout once I feel stable in P2. I ha started doing some weight training (prior to wrist injury) and can't wait to get back to that.

My goal for keeping fit post HCG is regular cardio + weights but also to join a sports team or two in our local area. I'd love to be back running around a field! I've got a ways to go but I will get there!

I'd love to hear other people's goals or exercise regimes.
