This is a very helpful post. I love sweets and I used to eat so much. I didn't know that asthma is a symptom of sugar addiction. I haven't heard that before. That's probably the reason as well why I had upset stomach ever so often. I don't eat as much sweets now and reading this post is another reason why I shouldn't be eating too much sugar ever again.
