I found this article on it, I think it might be one of these practices

It looks like a good deal to be honest, as you can transfer between practices so I suppose if one closes down - or you move - you can use it at any other Vets4Life practice.

It's worth noting it's an EXTRA £99 on top of the cost of the first set of vaccinations though, so it covers boosters - but not the first set, so it probably works out around £150, and if you miss a date, you have to pay to start again.
