Hmmm sounds like a war of the powers.

Ok I got it figured out. If you vote negative you take away half of whatever your rep power is. tig you have 54 so if you vote neg on somebody you take away 27 pts from somebody. (If it's odd like 55 it will round off) If you approve of a post then you give them 54 pts. In my case I had me set to only 10 rep. pts. The one showing now is my real power. So I can give 131 pts or take away 65 pts., but so you don't think I'll play favorites I'll lower mine to where I can only give so many instead of what I can really give. Those in the red have to build back up to green before they can vote.
