hi brain, i don't remember seeing a popup... some of the thought provoking ideas in the article that i liked reading were his comment about jazz musicians suspending their jazz sensibilities to play his music. another one was him saying bass is a silly instrument.. i found his discussion of the different bass instruments- acoustic, electric and hybrids stimulating. many of his ideas i found enjoyable to read- some more liberating then others and i thought perhaps some bass players or jazz musicians would find it a worthwhile read.. cheers-
