ahahahahhah!! He's already humping me and my boyfriend so were nervous he will be EXTREMELY dominant and well for lack of a better word, horny.

At 7wks. old, he is not horny LOL. He has no clue what he's doing when he's humping you; it's more of a dominant or "Ooh.. this is interesting!" kind of thing when they're that young. Redirect with something when he does that, and give a firm "NO". I have never had "humpers", to people, anyway, I don't tolerate it when they try to hump each other either though. I run a tight ship here, and the dogs know it.

As for neutering, yes, I would. I'd wait until he was at least 6 months to do so though, preferably longer as long as you can keep him away from intact females. I had Wilson neutered at around 8 months, wish I would've waited til he was around a year but oh well.
