From what I understand the american staffordshire terrier is not as DA as the american pit bull terrier. But regadless both are seemingly "pit bull types" but awesome breeds to own. Diesal was right. Go to petfinder and look or dogs that do not show dog aggression. Also there are many stickys (permanent threads) that explain how to properly introduce two dogs and also if they don't get along in the long run how to crate and rotate =)
