Maybe not to an outside dog who has a nice dog house filled with straw. But to an inside dog, 33 is probably pretty darn cold!

As for how to handle it, get her outside & keep her moving. Don't just let her stand there & shiver. If you keep her moving (preferably jogging or running) around, her internal furance will get stoked & keep her warm.

Or you could buy a coat & booties, but odds are if you do Josie will still just stand there & shiver.
