So get this!
I was walking Cleo down my road, when an unleashed shepard mix (dont know who owns it) came out of the bushes barking.
I figured it was all bark and just curious, and as soon as we passed it everything would be ok.
Cleo was in an alert stance, just standing and looking at the dog not making any noise, just staring.
We got a little down the road, and the dog was following us.
Everytime I would stop and turn around, the dog would just stop and look at us.
Didn't really seem too aggressive, so as long as I had a good grip on Cleo, I thought everything would be fine.
We kept walking and the damn thing suddenly appears beside us.
Well, we keep going for a little while, when the thing stops about a yard in front of us and starts barking!
And here I am trying to stay calm and collected when I'm thinking my goodness, I am going to have ANOTHER fight on my hands.
With my brand new break stick in hand, I was ready for about anything lol!
Then, the damn thing lunges at Cleo.
All I'm going to say, is that little scuffle didn't make it too far, it was minor and was over in a few seconds.
I called my bf, and asked him to look up the number to animal control, but he couldnt find it.
Men, huh?!
Anyways, I got him to get the truck and come pick me and Cleo up, and went back home to call animal control myself.
Hope they found that dog...
Because the next time it's seen around here, it's a dead ass.
