I agree with whoever said that unleashed dogs are a pet peeve....unleashed dogs make me so mad; not at the dog but at the stupid owner. I have had a few instances of loose dogs while out with Lugz; luckily only once did Lugz get tangled up with the other dog and wouldn't you know it was another pit bull and it put some pretty good holes in Lugz's face...the person lived a few houses down the street from me...my roommate had a nice chat with the guy who had his dog out loose.
